3D panel machine
This panel consists of a slow-burning expandable polystyrene insulation layer, which is placed between two wire mesh panels in such a way that these three layers are connected to each other by diagonal trusses in the form of welding or cutting wires. After installing these panels, concrete is sprayed on it from both sides.
The presence of the polystyrene layer in the panel members reduces the weight of the wall and ceiling parts, and in addition to making it easier to carry, it also reduces the overall weight of the structure.
Types of 3D panels:

- Metal foam wall
Note: The amount of thermal insulation of 3D panel with a thickness of 8 cm is equivalent to a clay wall with a thickness of 170 cm.
